Shark on the Birchy
Shortfin Mako Shark Today saw Steve, Charlie, Arthur, Rod and I (Spiro) gather at Ettalong wharf for the second time this month with the hope of fair seas to be able to make it out. After loading our boat, the Barry D, we were away and rolling into the open sea. Today there was a bit of a lump to the ocean which to my surprise made me feel a tad sea sick, (I never get sea sick!) Today’s dive was listed on the calendar as ‘Divers Choice’, so I spoke to Mikey during the week and found out that meant ‘We’ll decide on the morning, just meet up at Ettalong Ferry Wharf and we’ll see what everyone wants to do’.
